Return & Refund Policy

At RB LABZ, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplement products, we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • The wrong product has been delivered

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

📸 Unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Tampered or partially consumed supplements

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers (unless damaged)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@rblabz.com (replace with your official email)

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Images or video proof (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time:

    • 5–7 business days after approval

    • Bank or payment gateway delays may apply


5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability.

  • Replacement products will be shipped at no extra cost.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where RB LABZ is at fault (damaged or incorrect product).


8. Important Note for Supplements

  • Nutritional supplements are consumed at the customer’s discretion.

  • RB LABZ is not responsible for individual reactions or results.

  • Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use
