  • RB LABZ currently delivers across India.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

    • Report it within 24 hours of delivery

    • Provide clear images or an unboxing video

  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
